Great and essential bone and joint health products. My mother suffers from rare diseases affecting her nervous system, making movement difficult and quite painful. For over three years, she has taken Now Foods UC-II, generally two capsules daily, increasing to three or four when feeling unwell. The softness of her bones has significantly improved, providing her with more resilience against her illness. I highly recommend this product.
